RETURN POLICY 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and should be in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. In general, an item may be eligible for a return within the applicable return window if it fulfills one or more of the following conditions:

  • The item was delivered in a physically damaged condition.
  • The product has missing parts or accessories.
  • The received item/ model is different from what was ordered by the customer.

All items must be returned in their original condition, with intact price tags, user manual, warranty cards, original accessories, and in the original manufacturer, box/packaging as delivered to you. Kindly also send us your tax invoice via email. 

 

Please note: 21 days money-back guarantee is applicable only on Water Flossers. 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted. For example, if a product is returned in a used/ damaged condition or with a missing accessory. This will also include any item that is returned after 21 days from the date of order. 



Refunds (if applicable)

ORACURA offers a 21 days refund policy from the date of purchase. Once applied for the refund, our team will collect the returned item. After receiving and inspecting the product, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or the original method of payment, within 15 days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven't received a refund yet, we advise you to first check your bank account again. You may then contact your credit card company. Please note that it can take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please note that ORACURA will not be responsible for the payment of shipping costs for the return of any item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

The estimated time for the exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on where you live. If you are shipping an item over INR 1,000/-, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
