RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

By ordering our products, you agree to the terms and conditions that are implied to avail exchange of your purchased product. These terms contain important information regarding your rights as a consumer. Please read it carefully before making a purchase. You may claim exchange of the product, given that it meets our eligibility criteria.

Being a healthcare brand, ORACURA® ensures optimal standards of sanitization in all our products. One can return an ORACURA® product under certain circumstances in exchange for another product. 

To be eligible for an exchange, one must apply for the same within 10 days from the date of invoice. The product must be unused and in the same condition as received by the customer. It should be in its original packaging with intact price tags, user manuals, warranty cards, and product accessories. Please note that Sonic Electric Toothbrushes are classified as personal care products and are therefore non-returnable once sold. This policy ensures hygiene and safety compliance.

An item may be eligible for an exchange within the applicable window if it fulfills one or more of the following conditions:

  • The item was delivered in a physically damaged condition.
  • The product has missing parts or accessories.
  • The received item/ model is different from what was ordered by the customer.

Please Note: The warranty/extended warranty are non-refundable for returned products.

If a Product is delivered with a missing Accessory/Spare part:

  • Get in touch with our support team, Send us a photo of your product/package within 48 Hours of Receiving Your Product.
  • Our team will quickly deliver the missing parts to you, if Eligible.
  • Any cases raised post 48 hours from product delivery will not be considered.

IMPORTANT: Mandatory Steps Before Return / Exchange

  • Before initiating any return or exchange request, customers are required to first fill the Return and Exchange Form
  • After submitting the form, customers must book and complete a mandatory 10-minute video verification call with the ORACURA® support team.
  • This video verification is conducted to facilitate a smooth return or exchange process by:

    • Visually verifying the product condition

    • Confirming eligibility as per our Return & Exchange Policy

  • Once the video verification is completed successfully, the return or exchange request will be processed accordingly.
  • Requests without a completed video verification may face delays.


Shipping

If there's a delay in receiving the exchanged product, we request you to contact us at info@oracura.in. 

The estimated time for the exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location. If you are shipping an item over INR 1,000/-, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. ORACURA® does not take the guarantee of receiving your returned product.
