By purchasing an ORACURA® product, you thereby indicate your unconditional acceptance of the terms and conditions that govern your right to claim a refund. Please read all the terms carefully before making a purchase. ORACURA® reserves the right to make amendments to our policy at any time and at our discretion.

ORACURA® offers a 30-day money-back guarantee, which is applicable only on Water Flossers®.

Eligibility Criteria For ORACURA's Money-Back Guarantee Policy:
  • Our Money-Back Guarantee policy is valid for all the residents of India. 
  • The claim must be made within 30 days from the date of invoice. 
  • It is a must to keep the product and its packaging intact, undamaged, and free from scratches & stains.
  • There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted. For example, instances where the product is returned in a damaged condition or with a missing accessory. 

Steps To Claim Your Refund:

  • Apply for a refund/ money-back by filling out the given form
  • Our team at ORACURA® will get in touch with you within 48 hours. 
  • Post the approval of your refund request, you will be required to send us the product at the given address. The product reverse pickup option will be chargeable as per customer location.
  • After receiving and inspecting the product, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the product. We will also send you an email regarding the approval or rejection of your claim.
  • If approved, then your refund will be processed and the payment will be done through your credit card or the original method of payment within 15 days. 

Late or Delay in Refund (If Applicable):

The processing of the refund will be done within approx 15 days, depending on various other factors. 

If after 15 days, you still didn't receive your refund, we advise you to first re-check your bank account. In case payment is made via credit card, you may also contact your credit card company. Please note that it takes some time before your refund is actually reflected in your account. In certain cases, you may also contact your bank. 

However, if you have still not received your refund after following the above instructions, then please contact us at support@oracura.in.

Please Note: If you are shipping an item over INR 1,000/-, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. ORACURA® does not take the guarantee of receiving your returned product.
